A Bump in THE DENVER MARKET???

Was that a bump I felt in the Denver Real Estate market, or the start of a trend?

Gosh, I hope the latter! SINGLE Family Homes in METRO DENVER (not ALL of the metrolist) were up nearly 6% in December over last year, from 1980 in ’09 to 2102 in ’10. Denver’s annual sales were only up to 28172 from 27958 last year.

New listings of single family homes were up from the year before almost 10% to 50 847 from 46 262 in 2009.
