Highlands Ranch Community Clean-Up

From the Highlands Ranch Metro District:
Saturday, April 2 from 9 a.m. until noon, volunteers throughout the community will team up to help clean up the natural open space areas in Highlands Ranch. For the sixth consecutive year, the Highlands Ranch Metro District will sponsor Renew the Ranch: A Community Clean-Up Effort. Volunteers will meet at Dad Clark and Foothills Parks and spend the morning cleaning up the surrounding natural open space areas. Dad Clark Park is located at 3385 Asterbrook Circle, and Foothills Park is located at 1042 Riddlewood Dr. in Highlands Ranch.

If you would like to volunteer for Renew the Ranch, please contact Marsha Sliter at msliter@highlandsranch.org. This is a great opportunity for high school students to earn community service hours required for graduation. Before the event, all volunteers are welcome to enjoy a complimentary light breakfast at the parks.

Why a train? Colorado steam engines reflect an earthiness and a simpler time when a handshake did not include a 16 page contract to buy and sell real estate. We can still make those old steam monsters run, but there are better, faster, more efficient ways to get that job done. Every day I learn new things about the people I work with and the real estate they want to buy or sell in Littleton, Englewood, or Centennial. I learn about things they want, desire and how to help them find their perfect home in metro Denver, Colorado. This way I learn how to negotiate better for them and get a better, stronger deal done.
