Denver Property Listings way down

Last year in mid September we had close to 17,500 single family homes on the market in metro Denver. Eleven months later we have barely 13000 homes for sale, a 30% decrease. Additionally in 2010 we had 13546 foreclosure notices filed in metro Denver and year to date there have only been 9271 in 2011, a 36% reduction. Continue reading →
